How Automated Attendance Saves Academies Hours Every Week

Attendance sounds simple until you're running dozens of classes a day across multiple teachers and time zones.

With manual tracking, someone has to remember to log every class, every day — and mistakes compound: a missed log looks identical to a missed class from a distance.

Automated attendance tracks class status through pending, live, and completed states, and automatically sweeps for missed, absent, unlogged, and makeup classes — so nothing depends on someone's memory.

The result: teachers get a nudge if a class goes unlogged, parents are alerted if their child was actually marked absent, and admins get an accurate picture without spending hours reconciling logs by hand.
